A few years ago, I had a dream. Of walking in deserted streets of an old European town. The buildings were whitewashed and the roads clean. There were no people around. Suddenly, I became aware of a huge white map of the world suspended in the bluest sky imaginable. In the map, I saw only the continents of Africa, Europe and Asia, my gaze being guided from Africa to Asia. Suddenly too, a big white statue of Our Lady appeared behind me. Only then did I sense a coming danger; Mother Mary had come to warn me.
Yesterday, my thoughts returned to the dream of the huge white map in the sky and I thought about that unknown city in my dream and wondered about the time of the dream. Today, in the beautiful picture you posted, Our Lady is holding a white cloth. It is an autumn scene yet where the white cloth covers, it is winter, birds are flying away, people and livestock entering... safe places. Are they are leaving the streets? What is this beautiful painting saying?
I have been lighting a candle every night for those courageous Ukrainians. What is the world coming to where one country thinks they can bully their way into taking over a country.
