Sunday Summary
So the first week of November was definitely a roller coaster of events.
First was setting the clocks back an hour. The time change usually doesn't cause me problems but this time it did. For at least 3 days, I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Then I found myself waking up much earlier than I used to. Hopefully, this will straighten itself out soon as I don't function well on little sleep. Plus, B says he will be grateful for that too because I am not the happiest person in the morning usually but the time change is making it worse.
Second was Tsunami Tuesday. There are no words to express the excitement in the house. Plus, no more political commercials on TV...Yay!
Third was my annual Medicare Wellness Check. On top of having a new doctor who looks like she just got out of college (I am so old), everything seems to be the same medical wise so far. I am happy about that. I do need to get updated labs which I will do this coming week as I have to fast for 8 hours before the blood draw. B's annual Medicare Wellness Check will be in December.
And to top the week of, the UP got its first significant snowfall of the season. It didn't stick where I live but many parts got an inch or more on the ground. Although, it didn't stick out my way, just seeing the flakes come down was so depressing as it sank in that the icky time of year is coming...WINTER. Not my favorite.
Hope your November has begun on a happy note.
